If you are not able to find your answer in the knowledge base, you will need to contact us for support. This will also help you keep track of any of your support incidents.
You may contact EA Support directly by following these steps:
1. Go to The Sims On Stage Knowledge Base.
2. Click on the Contact Us tab at the top. The page that loads will say EA Account Login. Don't worry, your email and password for The Sims On Stage will log you in to this system.
3. Enter your email and password and click the Login button. You will now be on the page where you can enter your question or issue into a form and submit it to EA Support.
4. In the Platform & Game pull-down, select "Web" and then in the pull-down that appears, select "The Sims On Stage".
5. In the Category pull-down, select the best match for your issue.
6. Enter all of the details describing your question or issue in the Question field. Be sure to include as much information as possible regarding your issue. Click the Continue button.
You may get an auto-response right after you submit your question; this is just to suggest answers that may help. A representative will provide you with a live answer as well. Most requests will be responded to, if not resolved, in less than 24 hours. When your incident has been updated, you will receive an email notification. Please click on the My Stuff section at the top of this page to check for any updates.
